About the Dubai DEWA Bill Calculator
DEWA (Dubai Electricity and Water Authority) bills follow a progressive slab tariff system. Customers who use more electricity or water pay a higher rate per unit, encouraging conservation.
Expatriate residents in Dubai also pay a 5% housing fee based on their annual registered tenancy contract rent, collected through the DEWA bill. UAE nationals are exempt from this fee.
